Part of the award-winning Vend Support team, working with the company’s 25,000-strong global customer base to resolve issues, optimize the POS software, and offer the best experience possible for retailers. Working out of the Toronto office, in tandem with our London and Melbourne offices, as well as HQ in Auckland. We empower our retailers throughout their journey, helping their businesses to thrive by delivering an authentic and personalized support experience that they love!Currently working with a small Accounting Integrations team to troubleshoot, resolve and anticipate any technical issues related to Vend’s integration with Xero and QuickBooks Online.

Directs day-to-day operations of largest flagship store generating more than $12M in annual sales. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage 100-member team, ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service. Provides coaching and engendering accountability for store results and staff performance. Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve revenue objectives and reduce expenditures while ensuring payroll remains within budget. Assists with large-scale marketing and events initiatives in-store, coordinating with company managers and directors to ensure scheduling and operational success.
