Responsible for Design Services, Warranty & Home Orientation, People & Culture, Customer Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand Reputation, and Community Projects. Manage a team of 70. Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy; foster a values-driven, high performance culture; build and nurture sustainable practices; and create opportunities for Tridel to maximize community investment. All delivered with a focus on brand reputation. Key accomplishments: - Evolved People & Culture from a traditional HR model, including talent and employer brand strategies as well as leading the first DE&I and Indigenous action plans leading to industry recognition and awards.- Evolved "Built for Life" tagline positioning quality and customer care as key elements of the Tridel brand promise. - Created My Tridel Home, an efficient, cost-effective portal providing customers with access to information and FAQ's.- Launched Tridel Customer Connection Centre (C3) to increase customer responsiveness. Handles 30,000+ calls and emails annually.- Introduced CSR as a brand differentiator leading to an ESG framework, and CSR/ESG Report. CSR activities support new acquisitions (e.g.TCHC partnerships), improve employee/customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation. - Helped conceive Tridel Connect, a suite of smart home technologies to increase homeowners' control over energy conservation, comfort and efficiency. - Created first Tridel/George Brown College Day of Discovery to connect under-resourced youth with job shadowing experiences and funds for education, training and careers in construction. A precursor to Tridel’s BOLT program, now an independent charitable foundation. To date BOLT has raised more than $3 million, resulting in 342 scholarships and 530 event participants. - Started Tridel Take Action team, a community/social initiative with more than 120 employee volunteers who annually contribute around 600 volunteer hours across 35+ events.
