Bounced around a bit during high school and college, but settled in at Chick-fil-A and enjoyed the journey of continuous growth and commitment to excellence that the company fosters.In College I made the Dean's list and graduated Magna Cum Laude while working an average of 60 hours per week. During that time, I recognized an increase in sales every month for over three years at Chick-fil-A and was awarded the 3 awards listed below. I was also able to see a 100% sales increase in a 7 year time period. After that, I opened and ran a new freestanding Chick-fil-A for 2 years. Then I traveled and ran corporate Chick-fil-A restaurants for over 2 years filling the role of acting owner of each restaurant. All 4 long term restaurants that I have run showed dramatic improvements in customer survey scores and quality compliance scores running an average that is consistent with top 20% performing in the chain. Showed improvement at all restaurants in the profit area while reinvesting in the them for future growth and success. One of them was slated to be shut down and I was able to turn it around and save it. After that I worked for a tenured multi-restaurant operator and oversaw both of his restaurants. While there I assisted in leadership team training and development. I set up a team app for use among the 200+ employees, implemented a digital remote catering system and other digital systems for efficiency and multi-restaurant consistency. Then I moved on to become GM of a couple of local restaurants The Marietta Local and BaseCamp at Kennesaw Mountain. I also oversaw our catering company. In addition to adding systems and processes for P&L management, hiring and others I opened the BaseCamp location. I am now the Regional Manager at Andy’s Frozen Custard. Our first store opening is in Alpharetta and we plan to open at least 20 more in the greater Atlanta area in the next 12-15 years.
