I have built my business from the ground up. I started in the home cleaning business as a solo cleaner in 2003 as a DBA for 7 years. I learned cleaning techniques and customer service through these years. I progressed to an LLC as I saw I was growing. As time progressed I learned how to hire reliable people. I created advertising and marketing to get my name out. I became proficient in scheduling 60 customers and along with a staff of 6 or more at times. It has been a journey owning this business. Everyday is a new day to get better and learn. It is more a business of managing people, good customer service and being trustworthy. People love our attention to the cleaning details but truly value or reliability and our trustworthy reputation.
