As the founder & CEO of Danielle and Company, Inc., I was an enthusiastic entrepreneurial thinker with drive, creativity and passion who understands the delicate balance of thinking outside-of-the-box yet staying true to the corporate mission and its brand identity. My ambitious experiences from building a home-grown business into an award-winning, nationally recognized brand has allowed me to see the long term vision of the brand while strategically planning every detail from conception to launch of 100+SKUs in multiple pipelines.

The primary responsibilities of this role were to decode and understand consumer language through qualitative and quantitative methodologies and translate these learnings into actionable next steps for fragrance development, concept integration, brand positioning and product launches.
