After merging with Epicenter Memphis, I continued to manage and lead the ZeroTo510 Medical Device Accelerator. Harnessing the robust resources in the Memphis medical device sector, I developed and executed programming and curricula that helped medical device founders prepare for their FDA 510(k) submission.

Nominated and selected to participate in the 10-month Memphis-based professional development program alongside prominent local business leaders and executives.

• Recruited and screened medical device start-ups for matriculation into the accelerator program• Managed the day-to-day operations of the accelerator• Developed medical device specific curriculum and programming for 15-week accelerator• Facilitated meaningful connections between founders and potential mentors across the Memphis medical device and start-up ecosystem

With the goal of applying to medical school, I spent 18 months gaining clinical/ER experience as a Medical Scribe in the Memphis area's only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. • Documented physician-dictated examinations and medical history files• Organized diagnostic treatment plans in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency environment • Monitored patient medical charts and reported data discrepancies to clinical staff

Performed multiple tests to document the chemical components of 20+ cosmetic samples per day, to ensure they met product specifications. To improve efficiencies in the lab, I also developed a digital inventory process to better track chemical products and equipment in the lab.
