As the Co-Founder of OurCoach, Danielle is also experienced at designing and analyzing organizational effectiveness and employee experience (EX) assessments and is adept at turning data-driven insights into meaningful and measurable results.As a former special education teacher, Danielle’s work is rooted in equity, emotional intelligence, and the science of human motivation – with strong emphases on connection, collaboration, and effective communication.
