• Facilitate communication between professors and staff, present general and location-specific study away information to students, organize small events, take phone payments, answer questions from students, parents, and staff, and advise individual students to help increase ease of study away.• Organize and support large events (seminars and symposia), design and update the website, write and publish monthly newsletter, submit information and resource requests, and participate in normal office activities.

• Responsible for the screening of physician resumes and passage of 80+ leads from job boards daily, including Indeed, CareerMD, Google Adwords, etc. to recruiters and talent scouts for hiring follow up.• Generate and assess potential hires and medical resident hires using Doximity, SmashFly, Ultipro, and Salesforce and statistically analyze trends to inform hiring decisions based on demographics.• Assist with event preparation for state and national conferences.

Facilitate student outreach and on-campus education via global education events, specialized group meetings, and one-on-one conversations.Communicate with students who are currently studying or have studied away to support self reflection and development through international and domestic experiences.

Work and communicate with elderly residents, chefs, guests, and management in order to encourage a positive living experience, especially via food, activities, and events.Critical observation of health and well-being and associated reporting to management of elderly residents in order to establish the best care and treatment.
