• Responsible for the coordination and execution of all assigned projects• Serves as the single point of contact for the customer• In conjunction with the customer, training department and regional manager, creates project technical documentation• Ensures field readiness by making sure all managers and technicians involved with a project have procedural and technical documentation• Schedules the project in terms of time and date of services ren¬dered•Create margin sheets to stay within target budget

Answer inbound technical support calls and provide problem resolutions and quality customer service for clients  Create, maintain and close tickets accordingly through ticketing software  Troubleshoot pos systems, cabling, printers, PCs as well as other restraunt equipment accordingly to determine what steps must be taken to resolve issue  Remote in to each site as needed to come to an accurate resolution
