​Danielle Head has worked in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System since 2011. Currently, she serves as an instructional technology coach providing professional development opportunities to the district including kindergarten through 12th grade teachers. Danielle also aides educators in the development and implementation of rigorous and relevant technology experiences with a focus on best practices in the classroom. Previously, she taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. During her time in 3rd and 4th grade, she had a focus on STEM integration. Danielle has had the opportunity to help lead her district as they began to implement the STEM initiative at a district level. In addition to providing professional development throughout the school year, she is assigned to five schools during the year providing training and support to individuals at each school based on specific needs. She enjoys working collaboratively with administration, teachers, academic coaches, and most importantly, students. In addition to her work in the school district, Danielle has presented and shared her knowledge at national conferences such as the Northwest Council for Computer Education Conference and the American Society for Engineering Education Conference. Her qualifications consist of a Bachelors of Science Degree and Masters Degree in Education from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Additionally, she is a member of the International Society for Technology in Education. Danielle is a Seesaw ambassador, a Nearpod certified educator, and has earned her Microsoft Innovative Educator certification.
