Recruited, interviewed and hired over 15 interns, and led multiple trainings for new hires on Lizzie Fletcher's voting record and background. Aided in website revamp through comparative research and copywriting, as well as created a media kit for interns on social media posting strategies. Contributed to success in a highly competitive swing-state election.

Aided on internal brand management through content curation, copywriting, and digital strategy across all social media platforms. Managed daily activities, needs, and well-being of 50 girls for nine weeks. Oversaw ten staff members and evaluated their job performance and progress. Created and led daily educational and recreational programming for campers and staff.

Assisted in digital campaigns and social media management for over 140K followers across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for both paid and owned campaigns. Wrote copy for daily newsletter and all social media platforms. Produced comprehensive market research and analyzed competing brand strategies for executives.
