My experiences with many diverse cultures and people as a result of living and working in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific continue to shape and enrich my style and strategies. I support clients across multiple industries in Leadership (Team) Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management and Performance Management. I am a frequent speaker at conferences and universities across the US and worldwide, and have published several articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. I am co-author of the book “The Behavior Breakthrough – Leading Your Organization to a New Competitive Advantage”, and hold a Ph.D. in Learning Processes and Behavior Analysis with emphasis on Organizational Behavior Management.
