• Working in a leadership role for my chapter. • In charge of the safety of 200+ collegiate women during social events as well as every day activities.• Coordinate "Risk Presentations" involving the entire chapter to discuss and clarify rules and expectations of the members.• Developed skills in leadership, public speaking, communication, and team work.

• Working in a leadership role on the executive board of Tri Delta.• Represents the chapter as the liaison between initiated members and the new members.• Responsible for teaching the new member class about the history and expectations of Tri Delta through weekly in person meetings.• Budget and organize all events.• Work closely with the President to set timelines, update information, and submit necessary paperwork.• Developed skills in organization, time management, public speaking, problem solving, and budgeting.
