I worked at Anchorage part time whislt studying for my degree. This was a brand new bar and restauarnt in Sheffield. My responsibilities include:- Managing the tables within my section of the restaurant- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival- Having a good understanding of the menu for both food and beverage- Upselling

I completed my one year work placement at Soho House London last year. I started my role as a runner whilst gaining the basic food and beverage knowledge and learning what is expected from me as a company.
