My actual experiences have made me realize that my professional value boils down to the following:- I delegate well, but more importantly I enjoy motivating others- I don’t care who gets credit – I just want success for the project/client- I execute- I’m the calm one- I can be tough but respectful – therefore I don’t have many enemies. I usually don’t toot my own horn, but I’ve been told that listing all of my valiant superpowers is the thing to do in my profile summary. :)In my spare time, I’m a real estate investor and re-developer. I love finding the worst homes in the best neighborhoods and transforming them into dream homes and passive rental income properties. I’m a big advocate for self-directed retirement accounts and growing that money through real estate for future financial freedom. I manage all of my projects from start to finish.
