Software Development and Quality Control for the Geography Division of the US Bureau of the CensusDeveloped the front-end React application of the USDA's NRCS Engineering Tool Suite

Responsible for the full-stack development of an internal application that enabled users to request access to business reporting tools and teams. I utilized React and Express.js for the front-end, Node.js for the back-end, Bitbucket for source code management, Jenkins for continuous testing and deployment, PostgreSQL for the database, and hosted the platform on AWS EC2. Part of a six-person Agile team, where I wrote scripts to perform ETL jobs that extracted data from upward streams into an internal data warehouse for downstream business reporting users.

I contributed to the development of their video-powered discovery engine for apartment hunting by generating NYC rental market insights and matching users with agents. I achieved this by sourcing customer data and compiling online inquiries on a local database.Helped increase April App's TikTok following from 2k to 5k through grassroots research on NYC neighborhoods. By identifying unique locations such as restaurants, stores, and other small businesses, I provided valuable resources for April's content creators to produce engaging content.
