I am a recent graduate from The Ohio State University, earning my degree in Strategic Communication with minors in Business and Professional Writing. While working with Ohio Travel Association, I honed my research and storytelling skills writing weekly industry articles. Collaborating with a small team, I then designed social posts from the articles for Instagram and Facebook. As a Customer Strategy and Communication Intern at Southwest Airlines, I contributed to the team by providing resources to department members, preparing written communications and proposing a pilot program to company leaders. With the help of my colleagues, I learned valuable skills and insights on how to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in the airline industry.Previously, I worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern at TotalSim US, where I gained experience in social media management, client research and relations, email and blog writing and event organization.
