Coached multiple teams to improve workplace pensions digital channels for Scottish Widows using Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Systems Thinking. Improved forecasting by reducing cycle time from 41 weeks, to 11 weeks or less, to deliver new features. - Applied best suited framework including Daily Scrum, Planning, Review and Retrospective. - Matured team self-organisation to become the first team to work without an embedded Scrum Master. - Awarded Team of the Year 2023. - Delivered Agile 101 training course and Train the Trainer course to colleagues. - Recruited, line managed and mentored Scrum Masters in my team and wider community.
