As the marketing and operations analyst for a cruise only agency, I am responsible for maintaining social media platforms, analyzing the agents' sales efforts, email marketing, pricing updates and content writing for our new website. I write the content for our four social media platforms as well as track the trends through Google analytics. I maintain the monthly sales reports across a multitude of criteria for the sales agents for management to then to track progress and position status. Pricing updates to our current website need completed manually where I update them each week. I set up incoming agents computer hardware and accounts as well as act as the main point of contact to our outside IT company for any future issues. We are developing a new website where I am responsible for writing content that will be used in the future pages. I write occasional blogs for our website using wordpress as well as kompozer for website updating. When using email marketing campaigns, I am responsible for setting up the email, checking pricing and promotions, writing terms and conditions and sending it to our subscribed clients though marketo.
