Over the years, I have cultivated a deep fascination with language teaching and learning, inspired by interactions with students, colleagues, and professional development. My transition into instructional design allows me to apply my extensive experience in language teaching to creating impactful learning solutions.Recently, I have focused on honing adult learning strategies and designing engaging materials for both virtual and in-person environments. I am skilled in using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, as well as e-learning platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, and Schoology. My instructional design approach incorporates — Bloom’s Taxonomy— Needs Analysis— Curriculum Development Embracing a communicative and student-centered approach, I strive to empower learners to become confident communicators through authentic interactions, engaging group discussions, real-world applications, and community involvement.
