Danielle Ka Lai Lee Email and Phone Number
Experienced researcher with active research agenda which focuses on media user experience (UX). With both qualitative and quantitative approaches, I study how (1) media features and (2) content features contribute to user engagement and message endorsement on various platforms, such as mobile applications, business websites, and virtual reality (VR) environments. My work has been applied to various strategic contexts, including user connection and interaction, healthcare promotion, information delivery etc. So far, my research projects have resulted in technical reports, conference and stakeholder presentations, and publications in leading peer-reviewed journals. Some of my recent projects include usability testing of healthcare mobile applications, use of AI in UX research, VR experience, and video features in user engagement.
