I am an Interior Architect with a demonstrated history working with residential, office/ flexible workspaces, and hospitality projects. I have earned international experience working for architectural companies in Stockholm, Geneva, and Beirut. I draw my energy, creativity, and inspiration from the various cultures and countries where I have lived. In addition to my MA degree in Interior Architecture, I pursued a MA in Landscape Architecture to master further my understanding of the relationship between interior and exterior design. When designing spaces, I endeavor to understand the client's goals and aspirations and to create aesthetical and functional spaces that support and enhance human activity in everyday life. I include the design thinking process in my projects by identifying insights, establishing design criteria, and developing concepts, pitches, and presentations. I produce technical and detailed drawings and follow up on site when needed until handover. My strength is maximizing the value of everyone's contribution to problem-solving, adaptability, and a keen focus on retaining a high design level. Role & Projects:• Competing within the team for the contest for developing the center of the town of Yverdon-Les-Bains, Switzerland/third prize award. • Worked as a creative interior architect on the winning competition of the transformation and renovation of the International Center of Conference in Geneva, CICG (Renovation: 24'255 m2, and Extension: 3'845 m2) intended to host major international conferences in Geneva with up to 4000 visitors for the Foundation for the buildings and international organizations, FIPOI (who owned most of the institutional structures). Our tasks consisted of developing a new entrance, additional reception areas, a restaurant, and an essential extension, including an 850 m2 multipurpose area. My role was to make the interior design proposals, material selection, constructive documents on floors and ceiling, drawings of the central staircase with details, and prepare the client's presentations.By participating in architectural competitions at a high pace and in a limited time frame, I improved my time management, collaboration with the team, and priority setting. I had a fantastic professional experience in Switzerland, where I discovered the quest for perfection in design and time optimization.
