Met mijn jarenlange ervaring in de hospitality zit gastvrijheid en klantgerichtheid van nature in mij. Ik ben een organisatietalent, betrouwbaar, gestructureerd, en kan goed overzicht houden in dynamische organisaties en prioriteiten stellen.Ik heb een hands-on en servicegericht karakter, zowel intern voor collega's als extern voor klanten/gasten vervul ik het liefst een ondersteunende rol met pit. Verder ben ik positief ingesteld en goed in creatieve oplossingen bedenken voor complexe vraagstukken. In verschillende management posities heb ik ervaring opgedaan op gebied van sales & marketing, financiën (debiteuren-/crediteuren-/personeelsadministratie/btw-aangifte) en budgettering, office-, project- en facilitair management.In mijn vrije tijd ben ik gelukkige vrouw van Mounir en trotse mama van zoon Julian (2016), sport ik een aantal keer per week, en hou ik me graag bezig met interieur, tuinieren, uit eten gaan en gezellig borrelen met vrienden. Ook organiseer ik activiteiten voor de kids op school met het bestuur van de Oudervereniging, waar ik tevens de rol van penningmeester vervul.
