As Management Trainee I developed my leadership skills by supporting management in leading the daily operations of our branches in Ermelo and Scherpenzeel. Together with a diverse range of stakeholders I analysed and solved problems. I worked on various projects and worked alongside different departments such as sales and planning.

- Responsible for AH campaigns in Belgium. This included Belgian specific campaigns, as well as the translation of Dutch campaigns by;- Responsible for all other temporary and permanent marketing materials by;- Assessing, adjusting, and arranging the necessary resources to be send to all supermarkets.- Developing instruction folders for the supermarkets and working on new material in collaboration with the studio.- Working together with several stakeholders such as campaign managers, category managers, and external suppliers. - Answering questions from store support and taking action were necessary.

Responsible for the maintenance, as well as the publication of new blogs for Kruidvat Belgium and guarding the Kruidvat brand positioning (assessing copy proposals, pictures, and content).

I took care of the administration of the trainings and educations of employees. During this period I contributed to the planning, organisation, communication, and administration of the learning and development activities.

As general library employee my tasks consisted of administrative activities, adivising customers, offering/selling of products and services, and sharing my enthusiasm for books.
