SpinifexIT is a software company in the production of SAP R/3 software specifically designed for the Human Capital Management module in SAP and SuccessFactors.In this role I managed the global operational functions across the business. This included the North American customer base (including tier-1 customers such as Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and John Deere) and a large team of employees. Under my leadership within 5 years we successfully grew the North American business by over 800% with an over 90% customer retention rating. Globally I designed and launched multiple company initiatives including a customer support program (via salesforce.com), a company intranet, a customer user group, an online training system for employees, partners and customers and additional solutions within the organization that enabled effective growth for the global organization.

During these years I worked as an SAP Consultant both for HCL AXON (a business transformation consultancy that designs, implements and supports solutions to address complex business issues faced by large organizations using SAP as their strategic enterprise platform) and independent for organizations including et alia (et alia is in the business of enabling long-term business value, growth, and profitability with industry expertise and world-class business management software.
