I provision virtual connections between carriers for Ethernet new site builds. I also manage workflow and intake communication (receipt of circuit design, order placement, confirmations, and fulfillment/delivery) in a timely manner to all downstream partners.

In this role I was responsible for ensuring that disconnect requests for government accounts were completed in a timely fashion. I was also responsible for being knowledgeable in the process of sending ASRs and obtaining FOC from carriers to ensure that disconnection of circuits is completed on the due dates requested by the customers.
