ERG Officer - DisabilityThe ERG Officer manages an ERG committee represented in one of the ERG Strategic Goals. In conjunction with their leadership team, the ERG Officer shall appoint special subcommittees to ensure the functions and duties of the Employee Resource Group are completed. Additional duties include managing the budget, ERG reporting, mentorship, and developing a successor and new members. The ERG Officer may be asked to represent the ERG at meetings throughout the organization. Through working with respective Governance and the Executive Sponsor, this role allows for real-time development and coaching for enhanced leadership skills as evidenced through influencing without authority, persuasive presentations, excellence in process management, and energizing our people.Furthermore, leadership development is enhanced by demonstrating our SNHU Core Values.
