About Danielle Kellogg
My research focuses on how women experience, perceive, and respond to sexism within their romantic relationships. I am currently collecting data for my dissertation, which specifically focuses on factors predicting whether women detect sexism when coming from their current romantic relationship partner. I have several years of experience teaching and mentoring undergraduate students. I have also conducted my own research projects (online and in-person) and presented my work at national conferences. After completing my PhD, I plan to pursue a career that will allow me to conduct and publish research while mentoring others. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education is a collaborative and transformational process, through which both teacher and learner change, adapt, and grow. I value inclusivity and accessibility and have intentionally designed my courses with that goal in mind. As a Doctoral Teaching Fellow at Loyola University Chicago, I mentored fellow graduate students who were teaching for the first time. I was selected for a Schmitt Fellowship because of my leadership quality, and am currently collaborating with other fellows while completing my dissertation research.
Listed skills include Spanish, Computer Proficiency, Customer Service, Microsoft Office, and 39 others.
