Maximo® as a Service, their cloud hosting solution, provides an economical and secure alternative to hosting Maximo® in-house.My responsibilities at Projetech included:- Designing and writing integrations with other systems and automation using the REST API- Creating Maximo automation scripts to automate functionality- Designing and creating BIRT reports for use in Maximo. Author reports for Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle databases and follow Maximo and database best practices to create efficient, accurate reports. - Designing, writing and managing Salesforce->Maximo and Maximo->Salesforce integrations- Troubleshooting and developing solutions for client issues with Maximo in versions 4-7.6.1.1, as well as Service Provider, Scheduler, Oil & Gas, and HS&E add-ons, including issues on application servers (heap dumps, disk space, hung threads)- Managing Maximo cloud implementation, upgrade, and development projects throughout entire project life cycle
