My enneagram type 2 comes in handy as I work on perfecting the candidate experience using my gifts of empathy, sincerity and the blessing and curse that is the art of people pleasing. I am a hardworking, introverted-extrovert professional, fusing passions for communication, self-improvement, efficiency, and most of all: People. I pursued my college degree in Organizational Communications in the Windy City and minored in Hospitality Leadership as a student-athlete. It makes my heart sing (and unfortunately for your ears, sometimes my voice sings along too) when I'm presented with the honor of helping an individual find their new adventure. Recruiting, to me, is an opportunity to be a bright spot on the often challenging, discouraging, and overwhelming job search quest. I believe each and every individual has something special to offer the world and that it's my job to identify it and guide them in a direction that will celebrate that gift. I find abundant joy and fulfillment in helping others find their fit in new opportunities, and in turn, showing hiring teams what new and diverse traits or skills that their team is missing out on!
