Our small but dedicated team act as the highest point of contact for all escalations within the business especially those directed to our CEO Nick Beighton. We work closely with his PA in order to provide first contact resolution to all of our clients, along with the confidence and resources to do so. Our day to day is to respond and successfully deal with escalated customer queries, including celebrity clients and questions directed at management. We also work in line with our Garment Technology team to investigate and resolve queries from beginning to end, with thorough investigation on the garment so we can conclude with the best resolution for the customer. Our team are also responsible for training new starters or implementing new processes where needed, creating manuals to identify a quicker and improved strategy for our processes and to monitor the trainees journey post the training provided.

I came in to the business as a sales order processor which included placing orders via telephone and electronically on a system called SAGE1000 which I am fully trained on, covering reception for lunches and basic facility roles. After a few months I got promoted to Customer Care which expanded my experience within customer service immensely. For example the queries are much more varied, a lot of which involves further investigation in where customers deliveries have gone too. I would also document how I have resolved the issue which management overview on a daily basis.I was responsible for completing reports for the board in order for them to understand more of the recent failures in the business, which was on a table like form or pie chart so I had to identify any trend in the business.

A call centre agent for a company that specialises in market research, this included outbound calling and gathering data from customers feedback and entering onto the company database. Other task's i carried out were price checking, mystery shopping and conducting surveys with customers/businesses. All the experience above resulted in learning excellent customer service skills e.g good communication skills and handling complaints in a timely manner.
