There is no learning, however, like hands-on experience. I enjoy taking on complex projects and brand challenges that force me to push beyond my limits and deliver thoughtful products to some of the world’s leading brands. None of this is possible without the support of a talented team. My greatest reward is leading teams to develop and deliver strong visual design and intuitive customer experiences. Guiding, mentoring, and coaching my team members through large projects and celebrating as a group is, in the end, what matters most.
