In this role I Managed teams of providers who provide intensive home based services to children who were involved with the New Hampshire court system through the Division for Children, Youth and Families and the Department of Juvenile Justice, including children in foster care. I was responsible for developing treatment goals, writing treatment plans, monthly reports, court reports and advocating for clients in school, court and the community, as well as maintaining a Medicaid compliant file for each client, including quarterly data and audit compliant documentation. This position also included direct care of clients and their families/foster families and twenty-four hour on call crisis management as well as community involvement and advocacy working closely with referral sources and community providers. I attended many trainings in the community to provide support to the families served, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Informed training, Suicide Awareness for the Provider, and Mental Health Initiatives for the Provider.
