I've specialized in Customer Service for about 10 years now, I have been responsible for all cash handling, incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with any issues they had. I've also worked in an office setting as a Customer Service Specialist with several years of experience. For the past year, I have had the opportunity to learn so much about health care. Since obtaining my bachelor's degree, my goal is to help people out in any way that I can and give back to my community. It's a passion of mine to be able to make a difference in someone's life.
