Performs Capacity Performance and Tuning activities as well as CPU and Storage reporting, monitoring, and is a key customer interface. Manages WLM which is a critical function managing system resources. This role ensures our system resources are monitored, proactively adjusted as needed, and reported accurately which feed directly into our invoice for the customer. This role makes recommendations and works directly with clients. This role is a trusted partner role.
