Worked with the President, Board of Directors, Finance Chair, and the Executive Committee with the financial and operational responsibilities of the Institute. Developed the annual budgets and annual fundraising plans. Managed all aspects of special events, webinars, and public programs, including logistics, registrations, speaker management, volunteers, and conference services. Responsible for the day to day administration and financial management of a highly profitable surgery center and medical spa: This includes managing office staff, overseeing computer and network systems, accounting, payroll, and human resource duties. Business roles include: developing market strategies and analysis to promote profitability, organizing local seminars to promote surgical procedures and services among target groups, and acting as point of contact with patients for surgical procedures and scheduling.

Provided support and resolution for hardware and software issues for all of United Airlines' worldwide locations. The position required technical computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, versatility, and the ability to service customers in a timely manner.

Responded to September 11, 2001 attacks in supporting family members impacted; established communications for victims’ family, assisting in travel and memorial arrangements.
