Current- Lead and coach several development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs.- Empower team members to self-organize, make decisions, and take ownership of their work, while providing guidance and support as needed.- Remove impediments and barriers hindering the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary and working towards timely resolutions.- Monitor and track team progress, sprint goals, and project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Mentor team members on Agile practices, techniques, and tools, promoting skill development and professional growth.- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration.- Lead by example, embodying Agile values and principles, and promoting a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation.- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Agile methodologies and software development.
