About Danielle Miller
From a young age, I was a hard worker. My father owned a full-service gas station and would take me to work every day in the summer. I was always looking for jobs and spent a lot of time washing windows and pumping gas. During grade school I spent a lot of time in athletics and competed in freestyle mogul skiing, which took me to the Junior Olympics and Nationals. In high school I started to hear more and more about Montana. My parents gave me an opportunity to visit MSU, but since my dad is addicted to skiing, we had to check out Big Sky Resort first. Without even seeing MSU, I was convinced this was the place for me. Several years later, I'm still here. I graduated MSU with a degree in business and have been living and working in Big Sky for more than 15 years. I met my husband while raft guiding in Gardiner Montana in 2007 and we've been together ever since. When not working, you'll find us outside snowmobiling, camping, boating, or wake surfing. We also have a beautiful daughter and two wonderful dogs who love joining us on our adventures.In 2015, after working at the Big Sky Chamber for a few years, Justin and I decided it was time to go into business together. He welcomed me into his company as the office manager and for the first 3 years I worked from our home. We successfully grew the company from 0 employees to more than 20. I am now the President and manage every aspect of the business from estimating, project management, operations, equipment purchases and finances.
