I am a sales professional with over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a specialty representative, in addition to 8 years of B2B sales experience, including recruiting. Within pharmaceutical sales, I have experience calling on ophthalmologists, neurologists, endocrinologists, urologists, pain management, physical medicine & rehab as well as internists. I have buy & bill, rare disease, launch, specialty pharmacy, biologics and injectable experience. As a consistent top performer in all of my roles, I was promoted in every position, including a home office rotation in sales training. During my time in the home office, I worked closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Research and the Medical, Regulatory and Legal teams on various projects. I was promoted to Manager of Sales Training, where I led the training department for the Testim brand. While I was taking a break from pharmaceutical sales, I started a small recruiting company, Karabin Consulting.
