Promoted to newly created position, Global Marketing and Strategy Leader for the global Computed Tomography and Advanced Molecular Imaging businesses to provide strategic and marketing leadership. Charged with building strategic competency for go-to-market strategies to facilitate long term growth. Lead and direct all strategic and tactical downstream marketing activities and oversee 5MM EURO promotional budget. Manage global staff of six marketing professionals located in the US and serve as commercial lead to 25+ cross-functional staff.

Promoted to convert business marketing and communication strategies into materials in support of integrated campaigns for new and existing target markets and all aspects of marketing communications, including product launch announcements, product marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, advertisements), and trade-show materials.

Developed and managed the creation of financial resources and implementaion of communications programs for one of the largest organized health systems in Ohio. Including: - The development of annual communication business plans for key lines of business, recommending the appropriate communication vehicles and methodologies to reach target audiences and meet objectives.- Senior writer for the Web site and all internal and external publications.- Speech writer for system executives for special event appearances.- Contact with advertising agency and/or in-house print design shop to handle branding and mass media adverting related to physician marketing, special projects and accounts directly responsible for.- Production coordination of communication materials including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, giveaways and newsletters.- Planning and Organizing of all community, employee and special events for the organziation, keeping in mind the needs of the consumer and current business environments so that targeted audiences were reached effectively
