Current• Successfully project managed and implemented Axia’s new benefits enrollment platform, UKG- PlanSource (Benefits Administration), in partnership with our HRIS and Service Delivery teams in CY2023. - Process improvements and implementation of a more user-friendly and efficient enrollment platform has resulted in a 10+% reduction in ticket volume since go-live in July 2023.• Lead executor of benefit plan management and administration: plan selection & design for all self-funded and fully insured core and voluntary benefit plans, open enrollment project planning and rollout, COBRA enrollments and subsidy processing, non-discrimination testing, & all compliance and educational communications to colleagues.• Health Savings Account bi-weekly funding and account reconciliation, including quarterly employer contribution processing.• Trains and educates Service Delivery team on benefits enrollment, plan changes, & compliance updates. Creates & maintains process docs for internal HR and self-service employee use. Primary point of contact for enrollment, coverage, and claims escalations. Resolves matters timely in partnership with vendors and benefits broker. • Maintains annual education calendar and hosts lunch and learns and company-wide round table discussions on important benefit and wellness topics.• Manages bi-weekly Fidelity 401(k) contributions & funding, annual non-discrimination testing and plan audits, loan processing, enrollments, and terminations. Active 401(k) investment review committee member.• Completes all annual ACA reporting, 1095c form processing, and electronic filings with the IRS in partnership with our third party vendor, CXC.
