Current• Currently overseeing a high-performing team of national account managers and coordinates with account coordinators, business development, customer service, procurement/sourcing, finance, IT, and inventory management teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse functions.• Manage a robust portfolio, steering the profitability of accounts and orchestrating the management of $*** million in business across the division.• Implement a proactive approach to contract management, ensuring each national account manager possesses a comprehensive understanding of client contracts and adeptly addresses renewal timelines and exceptional operating standards.• Pioneer client satisfaction initiatives, conducting regular outreach to existing clients for feedback, elevating overall service quality and fostering long-term relationships.• Spearhead the client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, from drafting materials to initiating client meetings, showcasing a commitment to transparency and conflict resolution.• Position as a strategic advisor, initiated meetings with clients to present cutting-edge technology and solutions, highlighting tailored benefits for each client.• Lead credit risk management, monitoring client credit risk and collaborating with BRS Credit Management leadership as necessary to mitigate potential issues.• Direct the end-to-end talent lifecycle, managing the hiring, training, development, and performance of all account managers.• Conduct regular sales meetings with each account manager, ensuring customer fill rates and profit margins remained steady and aligned with contracted levels.• Collaborate with Global Procurement and Demand Planning, ensuring optimal inventory levels were maintained across the enterprise.• Engage with both BUNZL shareholders and customer decision-makers, solidifying the national account team's role in driving long-term relationships, organic revenue growth, and supporting group PBIT performance.
