Recruit and hire for support service roles at Summa Health Systems.

In this role, I sourced and recruited job candidates for multiple districts simultaneously. This involved processing direct applications through the company hiring portal, searching for talent on job board websites (such as Indeed) and posting available job opportunities, conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews, placing crew and management hires, executing onboarding procedures (conducting orientations, processing I-9s, etc.), and working closely with the operations division to maintain adequate staffing levels.

In this role, I supervised a team between 5 and 20 and oversaw day-to-day store operations at three different locations. My duties included safe reconciliation and cash handling, inventory control and vendor relations, direct customer relations, and ensuring food safety and store cleanliness guidelines were adhered to. I also interviewed, onboarded, and trained new hires. Additionally, I was a trainer for new management in my region. I received an executing manager commendation for 7 quarters.

In this role, I supervised a crew of between 5 and 15 and oversaw day-to-day operations at two different locations. My duties included safe reconciliation and cash handling, preparing daily deposits and bank runs, inventory control and vendor relations, direct customer relations, and ensuring food safety and store cleanliness guidelines were adhered to. I also interviewed, onboarded, and trained new hires.
