I am an experienced facilitator, community engagement practitioner, program manager, researcher and evaluator.I use these skills to support groups and organisations to design strategy, frameworks, programs, training and resources and to manage conflict, collaborate better and solve problems. I have worked with all levels of government, not-for-profits and community, across range of diverse sectors (including disaster resilience and recovery), in both Tasmania and across the rest of Australia. My doctoral research with the University of Queensland is concerned with the causes of conflict in disaster recovery collaborations.
