07/2012 – 08/2013 Fabrication Coordinator – Sapinhoá & Lula NE Projects – EPCI – 18” OD Gas Export Lines- Coordination of fabrication team that is responsible by developing Scope of Work, bid, technical bid evaluation, supporting Contract's team to subcontract the work, fabrication of 143 buckle arrestors (integration of forged pieces to linepipes), fabrication of 5 rigid jumpers – 40m long each, pipe strings, installation aids, including contract administration, welder's qualification, field joint coating, QC and HSE related aspects.- Fabrication team is composed by: Fabrication Coordinator, three Lead Fabrication site representatives, HSE Technician site representative, QC Inspector site representative, Welding Engineer (mobilized during welder's training, qualification and start of production), FJC Specialist (mobilized during pre production tests and start of production). All fabrication team reports to Fabrication Coordinator. HSE, QC, Welding Engineer and FJC Specialist also reports to its respective departments inside Company structure. Coordinator reports to Operations Manager and Project Manager.- Internal interface with Contract, Planning, Installation, Engineering and Management Team and external interface with Subcontractors and Client (HSE, Fabrication Coordinator, Project Managers).

04/2011 - 07/2012 Interface Coordinator – P55 Riser Project – EPCI- Interface with Client (Petrobras) who was responsible to free issue the following materials to Saipem: PLETs and its accessories, kits to fabricate rigid Jumpers, Flexible Joints, Cladded linepipes, Riser Monitoring System, the floating production unit (FPU), platform winch for riser load transfer and divers.Main responsibilities included:- Implementation of Interface Management System to be followed by Saipem and Petrobras team; - Monitoring and control of Interface system in order to ensure good quality of information and in proper timing;- Internal link between Saipem's team (Engineering, Logistic, Fabrication, Operation and Installation) and Client (and their subcontractors) in order to guarantee that the free issued items would be supplied as per contractual requirements and as per Saipem's necessity to allow to be safely installed and perfectly integrated to the equipment that were being supplied by Saipem;- To issue weekly and monthly reports detailing the actual status, critical points, any deviation from the planned and forecast activities for the next period;- Regular meeting with Project Manager and Project Coordinators of different areas;- Regular meetings with Client Interface Coordinator;- Report to the PM.

09/2005 – 03/2011 Subsea 7 do Brasil (Rio de Janeiro office)- Worked on the following Brazilian Projects (EPCI contracts): Golfinho, PDEG-B, Camarupim, Hybrid II, Tambaú & Uruguá and P56. Main responsibilities and roles included:- Package Manager – Qualification and supply of VIV strakes, carbon steel linepipes, pipe parent coating and field joint coating, welding procedures qualification program for the production of rigid pipelines, among others. Both on the technical and commercial aspects;- Fabrication Coordinator of rigid pipelines at Subsea 7 spool base (to be installed by Reel-lay vessel), involving welding, NDT and coating of pipelines, approval of technical documentation and interface with subcontractors and Client. Also responsible by loading the pipelines in reel-lay vessel (spooling activity), mobilization of welding, NDT and FJC equipment and consumables to the vessel and representative engineer at offshore activities.- Package Engineer – site representative during fabrication of subsea equipment (PLETs, PLEMs, ILTs, VMCs and accessories) at Aker Solutions and FMC premises. This activity included witnessing of qualifications, FATs, direct contact with Client, approval of documentation and reporting to Package Manager.

Internship at Equipment and Construction department regarding the implementation and maintenance of gas stations at south Brazil.
