As a goal-driven person, my basis for success is not just really about the goal itself, it is about the process of reaching the goal.One of my goals is to learn something new as much as possible, so the process of meeting new people, experiences, and environment while learning are things that push me to learn more, which taught me to be adaptive, hardworking, and always hungry for growth. I've also kept this in mind when I was a student leader. Our very goal was to reach the top, which we did, but the success there was not reaching the top, it is really about connecting and understanding the people to lead them to the top, which enabled me to become a team player with effective communication and understanding with a positive mindset.
