As Co-Founder and COO of the MD Esthetics brand, I've created and implemented the front and back-office processes for our corporate and franchise business. I have experience negotiating large vendor contracts, establishing and growing strategic partnerships and developing and implementing HR policies, inventory management systems, and our marketing strategy. I have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma. After spending three years working at Staples Inc in their Supply Chain division, I had an opportunity to shadow a field salesperson, and fell in love with the customer interaction, sales strategy and independence that came along with that role. I transitioned to sales soon thereafter with my most recent sales position with LinkedIn Sales Solutions, a start-up division of LinkedIn. I was responsible for working with a core team to create and implement best practices for the new division while growing my territory.
