No matter where your company is, I'm here to help you hire better.In 2022, we founded the Reinvent Foundation, a non-profit organization that offers companies a solution for talent outages, creating personalized courses for vulnerable people and showing the community free professional courses to help them get a job. A win-win solution, for sure, that I would be glad to share more about with you!However, my engagement with vulnerable people's employability has been around for a while. I have been working since 2015 for the economic empowerment of female refugees in Brazil. Due to this engagement, the United Nations selected me as one of the 2018 SDG Pioneers. This recognition was a great honor for me. Still, above all, it reinforced that it is possible for a small or medium-sized company also to be socially responsible. What I love most is how my work promotes social impact, connecting people to opportunities, helping entrepreneurs to get more from their team, and helping companies invest in education, benefiting the community and having the best employees!
