Current-Media planning including the booking of all advertisements in print, online, digital, billboards & radio-Maintaining production schedules, reviewing all promotions, advertisements, radio spots prior to publication and ensuring deadlines are met-Executing the marketing plan, keeping all online listings and Trip Advisor Business listings up to date-Coordinate all in room and corporate collateral pieces for 12 properties-Budgeted, negotiated and secured media and advertising contracts, and maintain purchase orders-Google Analytics reporting and working closely with SEO team to create effective and measurable online campaigns-Gather & schedule content for monthly enewsletters and approve monthly blog posts-Writing and issuing of press releases-Coordinated with third party agencies to create and design internal & external communication pieces and creative content-Managed the maintenance and updates of the Company websites-Assisted in executing the social media strategy working with social media ambassadors-Assist with the annual budget submission process
