•Assisted in the organization of the McDonald’s Christmas Parade and the Holiday in the Park Festival•Work closely with vendors and sponsors to ensure their happiness. •Clerical responsibilities included, but were not limited to: developed a technique for introducing the sales concept to the vendors and sponsors; created contracts and agreements; took payments and kept a record of finances for the event; developed and maintained the websites for both the parade and several other projects the company is working on; answered a multi-line phone system; maintained the schedule for the Director of the parade; coordinated with volunteers and made the day-of-event schedule•Worked the event in the TV Production area to time the parade and its entries.

- Ran the new hire class and trained every new server that was hired. Continued with server reviews on a regular basis to ensure that standards were being upheld.- Worked full time as a server, waiting on tables, cashing out customers, doing side work and assisting other servers to ensure quality service.- Expedited food and tended bar as needed.
